**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**
- Reporting to Business Development Manager
- Provide clerical support by preparing Sales and Purchase contracts, Handle export shipping documentations based on L/C, Certificate of Origin, Health certificate, Free sales certificate, Customs/Insurance declaration, Monthly delivery/sales report ,etc.
- Coordinate shipment procedures, monitoring of delivery schedules
- Follow up customer payment
- Liaising with shipping companies, transportation companies for the space and services
- Coordinate activities with internal and external parties
- Handle customer enquiries and related sales matters
- Working closely with distributor in oversea market to achieve monthly sales target

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum ‘O’ Level/Diploma and at least 2 years’ experience in related field.
- Independent, resourceful and dynamic. A good team player and able to work in fast pace environment.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, complimented with strong negotiation skills.
- Computer and IT literate

Our plant is HACCP certified and we are the first food manufacturer in Singapore to be certified by our Singapore & Productivity Board. We are also the only fish ball manufacturer in Singapore to be awarded the EU license to export to EU market.
