As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and operationally execute strategies to drive the growth and profitability of our digital media businesses, aligning with CMIA's vision and goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to audience engagement, content performance, revenue generation, and operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve targets.
- Collaborate closely with portfolio companies to develop and execute business strategies, leveraging market trends and consumer insights to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Provide leadership and guidance to portoflio companies to foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and high performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital media best practices, driving innovation and maintaining a competitive edge.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, content creators, and digital platforms to enhance the portfolio companies' digital media offerings and explore new opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, intellectual property rights, and data privacy laws, implementing necessary measures to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, professional development, and employee well-being.

**Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements**:

- A master's degree in Digital Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive work experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on operations management and strategic leadership.
- Proven track record of driving growth and optimizing operations within a digital media business, preferably in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including content creation, distribution, audience engagement, and revenue generation.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
- Deep knowledge of digital media platforms, emerging technologies, and industry trends, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving the growth and success of a digital media business.
