Minimum 6 ans
- Minimum 7 to 10 years relevant experience with at least 2 to 3 years in external audit is a must
- Strong fundamental knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards and principles of governance, risks, and controls is a must
- Experience in preparation of group consolidation financial statements under IFRS, with both foreign subsidiaries and JVs.
- Familiar with economic, financial models and governance topics
- Ability to communicate well in verbal and written form, with both internal/external stakeholders.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team. Possess a sense of urgency, take initiatives, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Exhibit proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to perform financial analysis and prepare presentations. Advanced Excel skills is a must.
- English proficiency required, ideally if speak a regional language fluently
- Be open to travel when necessary

**Activités**

This position reports to Senior Finance Manager.
- Responsible for full spectrum of financial accounting, tax, statutory and other reporting for DG Business in Vietnam, Philippines, India and Malaysia.
- Review and approve accounting entries prepared by overseas accountants
- Review and approve monthly end reporting submitted by accountants
- Review of tax filings and returns (e.g. withholding tax, VAT, annual tax returns etc) for above countries
- Ensure timely and accurate closing of finance and accounting activities monthly and report to financial controller
- Responsible for above countries’ year-end audit
- Ensure inter-company and intra-group transactions are booked and reconciled timely for above countries
- To back up overseas accountants during their annual leave or other leaves
- Ensure above countries’ regulatory and statutory reporting is prepared and submitted on time
- To be the super user of the Microsoft Dynamic BC System
- Support DG APAC business team on finance related matters in above countries
- Monitor group finance governance compliance for above counties
- Involve and support regional finance projects and initiatives e.g. New BC core module roll out
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments management may request from time to time
