DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager, Finance & Technology Programmes (3-yr contract), SMU Academy

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support in the enlistment and renewal of trainers.
- Liaise with trainers and partners on the smooth running of courses and provide regular and timely updates on class signups, schedules, venues and possible changes to the classes.
- Liaise with participants on course schedule changes, whenever necessary.
- Create course webpages, monitor and track course signups.
- Set-up courses in course registration system and, open and close course intakes in a timely fashion.
- Provide support in all audit, procurement and budgeting related matters for the team.
- Discuss, draft, review and negotiate the terms of contracts for business partners.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Service-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly analytical.
- Excellent organisational and computer skills.
- Prior experience in the education sector and programme co-ordination will be advantageous.
- Able to work independently while supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who is meticulous, takes initiatives and able to multi-task.
