- Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic technology initiatives in the Cards domain, reporting directly to the Lead Technical Delivery Manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
- Operate effectively in high-pressure environments, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications are a plus.
- Over 10 years of experience delivering global or regional Cards solutions within multinational or regional organizations, including budgetary responsibilities.
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing IT delivery teams in the Cards domain.
- Proven experience leading Cards migration projects and large-scale implementations in banking or financial services.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage effectively with senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and supporting multiple delivery streams.
- Strategic thinker with a balanced perspective on internal and external best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and systems thinking skills.
- A collaborative and engaging personality that fosters strong relationships across all organizational levels.
