- Rosemead - Convivial fine dining restaurant serving modern Californian cuisine
- Conceptualize, research and develop beverage menu according to the concept of the bar
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages with high degree of proficiency and consistency
- Engagement with customers to forge loyalty to the bar
- Responsible for the bar’s daily operation and inventory management
- Train and develop the team members
- Ensure cleanliness of the bar and all operating equipment
- Engagement with the broader bar community and take active part in the public relations/promotions of the bar as the head bartender of the bar
- Perform related duties as part of a tight-knit family of hospitality staff

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience as a Principal Bartender / Head Bartender of a leading cocktail bar in Singapore / major metropolitan city. Experience in internationally-awarded bars (World’s 50 Best Bars, Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards) a big plus
- Minimum of 5 years of F&B experience in a leading cocktail-focused bar
- Creative with a proven track record of success in beverage menu development
- Hospitality-oriented with a proven track record of success in service SOP implementation
- Converse in good English and proficient in service-language
- Team player and friendly personality
- Positive attitude and leadership philosophy
- Able to work on shift and late hours
