The Cocktail Office isn't just another cocktail bar. It's a personal project turned mission : a hand-built speakeasy overlooking the Singapore River, created with the dream of becoming one of the world's best bars . Now, we're searching for the right leader to help us get there.

We're looking for a Bar Manager with the vision, skill, and drive to take The Cocktail Office from a hidden gem in Clarke Quay to a globally recognised destination. This is more than a management role — it's a chance to build something extraordinary alongside a small, passionate team and lead it onto the world stage.

Who You Are
  • You've earned your stripes in Asia's 50 Best Bars or other award-winning, world-class venues.
  • You're a true leader : someone who can mentor, inspire, and demand excellence while still learning and growing yourself.
  • You're obsessed with cocktails, spirits, and innovation , and you thrive on building programs that stand out.
  • You love being both behind the bar and on the floor , delivering hospitality that creates lasting memories for guests.
  • You have strong supplier and vendor relationships , understand inventory and costing , and can take full ownership of P&L performance and KPIs .
  • You've been part of (or led) bar openings , and know what it takes to set the standard from scratch.
  • Most importantly, you want to be part of a project with a global ambition — to push The Cocktail Office into the same conversation as the best bars in the world.
What You'll Do
  • Lead our bar team with passion, discipline, and vision.
  • Manage operations end-to-end: from supplier negotiations to daily service execution.
  • Create, innovate, and maintain a cocktail program that competes on a world-stage level .
  • Take ownership of financial results and drive the bar towards profitability and growth.
  • Develop, mentor, and build a team that lives and breathes hospitality.
  • Be the face of The Cocktail Office: engaging guests, building networks, and representing us in Singapore's and Asia's bar community.
  • Work closely with ownership to drive the brand, the concept, and the ambition of becoming one of the World's 50 Best Bars .
