Identify and canvass new sales opportunities and market through prospecting.
- Drive sales performance through effective client engagement and relationship management.
- Handle products development for new product launches.
- Service, manage and develop existing and/or assigned client accounts (if any).
- Provide pre and post-sales support to clients.
- Generate proposals, pricing and contract negotiations
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers and account reviews to Management.
- Identify key decision makers and develop relationships that supports acquisition and retention and that will translate into new revenue opportunities
- Implement personalised sales plans aimed at acquisition, business retention and improved customer satisfaction
- Coordinate internal resources on new business opportunities and existing programs to acquire, retain and grow accounts
- Develop and plan sales strategies to meet monthly sales targets and progressive KPIs.
- Follow up on sales funnel and create sales pipelines/ forecast.
- Handle all reporting (i.e., sales forecast, new account & etc) to Management, Engineering and Product Development teams etc.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks related to project management, customer relations, and partner coordination as mandated by Management.

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum Diploma qualification in any Engineering field. Higher and relevant qualification in supply chain and warehousing management will be an added advantage.
- Able to handle stress and project schedules.
- Positive working attitude and self-motivated.
- Outgoing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aggressive, enthusiastic, and result oriented.
- Ability to work independently and has good organisational and time management skills
- Possess Class 3 driving license.
- Proficiency in written Chinese and spoken Mandarin is essential in the course of your work.

Salary Range and Level:

- Between SGD 3,000 to 3,500 per month
- Full-time, permanent basis
- Executive / Senior Executive Level
