**Join Our Team as a Sales Executive**

We are looking for a **passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive** to join our growing team If you enjoy building relationships, closing deals, and providing excellent service to customers, this is the opportunity for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and recommend suitable solutions to meet their needs.
- **Sales Generation**: Actively pursue new sales opportunities through walk-ins, referrals, calls, and follow-ups.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
- **After-Sales Support**: Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and handle any service needs or concerns.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on product features, promotions, and updates to confidently answer customer questions.
- **Coordination with Teams**: Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and issue resolution.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and update sales records, quotations, and customer details accurately.
- **Other ad-hoc duties related to sales and customer service as required.**

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma preferred.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills in English (Chinese is a bonus).
- **Customer Service Mindset**: Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.
- **Sales-Driven**: Motivated by targets and able to work independently to meet goals.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Able to resolve customer issues calmly and efficiently.
- **Team Player**: Willing to support team members and contribute to a positive team culture.

Pay: $1,900.00 - $4,000.00 per month
