Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored on creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Access vendor platform(s) to track sales and payments
- Updating of daily sales report of tenants
- Performs daily check on sub-systems postings to accounting software
- Monitor, highlight irregularities and work with IT to resolve journals postings
- Performs bank and cash reconciliation in system and follow up with outlet(s) and bank/vendor on any discrepancy
- Prepare weekly sales reports
- Perform month-end closing procedures including preparing audit schedules, AR financial reports within closing timeline
- Any other ad-hoc or administrative duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Higher Diploma/Diploma in Accountancy / C.A.T / L.C.C.I/ACCA level 1 or 2/Finance & banking
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in handling AR is required for this position
- Experience in SAP FI preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel-[formulas and automation], Powerpoint, Word)
- Ability to work well in a team and able to thrive under pressure.
- Meticulous, independent with minimum supervision in a high volume and fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
