**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager who can inspire action towards a better world while driving scalable business growth. As Product Lead you will be responsible for defining and delivering product strategy and roadmap, working with multidisciplinary team members across design, engineering, business and corporate stakeholders to drive product-market-fit.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term product strategy to achieve business objectives and growth targets, from launch to scale
- Act as the voice of the customer in defining innovative digital products and solutions
- Be a champion of the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasible
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept-test and drive outcomes
- Develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps and ensure on-time delivery
- Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
- Develop venture materials (business case, pitches, demos) to communicate progress to key stakeholders
- Provide insights into product, technology and market trends
- Monitor and report on product KPIs

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years' experience building products end-to-end using agile methodologies
- Experience building digital products for early stage ventures as a founder or founding team member
- Solid understanding of product fundamentals including market analysis, MVP and product-market fit, positioning, go-to-market, pricing, testing, iterating based on feedback, legal, operations and finance
- Experience building Enterprise SaaS products in web, mobile and hybrid web app formats
- Familiarity with GTM and commercialisation
- Familiarity working in professional services or navigating complex stakeholder setups in corporate environments
- Familiarity working with cross-functional "pods" of engineering, PM, design and commercial
- Strong communicator with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think creatively, strategically and resourcefully
- A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition
- Bonus points if past experience working in HRTech, Wellness or related fields
