**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Diagnostic of timepieces (aesthetical, mechanical functional, and electronic control of the movement)
- Battery replacement includes replacement of case back gaskets and other components to ensure water-resistance of the timepiece
- Strap replacement and metal bracelet adjustment
- Time setting and adjustment of the calendar on complicated timepieces
- Support the front desk when necessary to engage with the clients on any technical clarifications.
- Provide technical support to the Point-of-sales (POS) on issues related to maintenance of the products
- Ensure the tools and equipment at the POS are adequately maintained

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in any engineering discipline or ITE engineering graduate
- 0 -2 years of work experience in any technical function. Training will be provided
- A person with a good quality sense and is process-oriented
- Office location: Orchard | Mon - Fri (9am to 6pm)
- Monthly Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus
