As the Community Program Manager for APAC at Axelar, your role is to build and nurture a vibrant and engaged community in Asia. You will develop and execute community engagement strategies, represent the company at industry events, create compelling content, and provide support to community members.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy for APAC, aligned with Axelar's overall goals and objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key community members, including developers, users, partners, and influencers, to drive engagement and adoption.
- Organize and coordinate community events, meetups, hackathons, workshops, and conferences to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and networking opportunities.
- Create engaging content such as blog posts, tutorials, videos, and social media updates to educate, inspire, and inform the community about Axelar's solutions, developments, and use cases.
- Provide active support and assistance to community members by addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Serve as a passionate advocate and ambassador for Axelar within the APAC blockchain community, representing the company at conferences, forums, and industry events.
- Monitor and analyze community metrics and engagement levels, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights to enhance community initiatives and achieve performance targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to ensure community feedback is considered in product development, marketing campaigns, and overall company strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management, developer relations, or a related role in the blockchain industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin. Huge plus if you are familiar with the Korean language.
- Willing to travel frequently to various Asian countries.
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology, protocols, and ecosystems, with a genuine interest in Web3, and cross-chain interoperability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one additional language commonly used in the APAC region.
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing communities, fostering engagement, and driving adoption through various channels, including social media, forums, and events.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including developers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from community data and metrics.
- Location: based in Hong Kong, China, South Korea, Singapore, or other South East Asian countries.
