**COMPANY OVERVIEW**
Health Management International Ltd (“HMI” or the “Group”) is a fast-growing regional private healthcare provider with presence in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. HMI owns two tertiary hospitals in Malaysia - 340 bed capacity Mahkota Medical Centre and 218 bed capacity Regency Specialist Hospital - a one-stop ambulatory care centre, an eye specialist group, a primary care clinic chain and a healthcare training centre in Singapore - StarMed Specialist Centre, Eagle Eye Centre, OneCare and HMI Institute of Health Sciences respectively. The Group has over 200 practicing specialist consultants, sees over 400,000 patients per annum and employs a total of ~1,600 employees regionally
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Facilitate and manage post deal integration projects. This would include managing and monitoring the progress of various integration activities
- Facilitate group initiatives to drive synergies across all entities
- Manage, consolidate and report on organisational performance indicators such as the balanced scorecard
- Work with various department and entities to ensure smooth project execution
- Provide secretariat support for senior management meetings
- Support the development, planning and formulation of group strategies, annual workplan and budget
- Perform research, analysis, assist in preparation of strategic plan, business plan, and board materials
**WHAT WE LOOK FOR**:
- A good university degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Good understanding of financial statements and accounting
- Analytical thinking and problem solving: the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources, identify problems and recommend solutions
- A team player that is self-driven, responsive, positive attitude, resourceful and able to work independently
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments concurrently while prioritizing the duties assigned
- Proven ability in project management & coordination skills
- Strong communication and ability to engage stakeholders across all levels
- Quantitative and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Resourceful and strong in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in healthcare sector and businesses
- 5-7 years of working experience in corporate finance / advisory / consulting firms
