Smit Lamnalco has a job opening for a:
**Accounts Payable** Administrator**
The Accounts Payable Administrator performs multiple duties related to invoices, payments and/or bank/cash activities and provides other related accounting support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process digital invoices from Readsoft to Microsoft Dynamics AX by checking the data.
- In Microsoft Dynamics AX match the vendor invoice with the purchase order; or process as a cost invoice by adding the appropriate general ledger code.
- Monitor the approval workflow of the vendor invoice.
- Follow up on statements of account.
- Provide feedback on other internal/external questions related to vendor invoices.
- Take part in the payment process.
**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Secondary Vocational School level in Business Administration / Financial Accounting;
- Accounts Payable or general accounting experience;
- Experience in a similar administrative role;
- Real teamworker;
- Accurate and eye for detail;
- Experience with repetitive work;
- It is a fulltime position (32 to 40 hours).
