**Job Description**:
Smit Lamnalco has an opening for an internship in Finance:
**Internship: Accounts Payable Singapore**

The intern at the Accounts Payable department assist in multiple duties related to invoices, payments and/or bank/cash activities and provides other related accounting support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in processing of bank/petty cash statements on a daily basis.
- Assist in the monitoring of the accounts to ensure the payments are up to date and actively manage unallocated payments against invoices.
- Assist in the reconciliation of account payable transactions.
- Contribute towards the monthly reports and assist with the monthly closing.
- Prepare batches of the Vendor invoices for scanning.
- Assist in processing, Cost and Oder invoices and ensure a proper filling of all hard-copy and digital data.
- Support the business in all invoices related queries, and monitor the approval workflow of the vendor invoice.
- Assist the monitoring the incoming statements of the vendors against the outstanding invoices.

**Qualifications**:
This internship is open for somebody with studies in Business Administration / Financial Accounting.
