1. 明确菜鸟在新加坡市场的定位，并建立菜鸟在当地的品牌调性与策略； 2. 了解新加坡消费者市场需求和机会，并能制定相应的市场营销策略，同时确保与内部相关部门协调一致，保持紧密合作； 3. 开发和执行完整的端到端整合营销计划，包括数字营销/ 会员推广/线上/线下活动、跨界合作，以加强区域/市场内品牌知名度和业务增长为目的的社区推广； 4.管理新加坡当地市场营销费用，包括但不限于搜索引擎营销 (SEM) 、活动赞助、品牌合作伙伴关系等。 5. 为外部和内部使用开发相应的营销渠道与文案，如线上/线下媒体，短视频等； 6. 具有一定的金融背景，可以独立进行具有针对性的跨界合作营销
1、在互联网/或物流领域拥有5年以上的多渠道B2B营销经验； 2、市场营销、工商管理或相关专业； 3、具有较强的沟通和协作能力，能与公司内外的公关、营销和跨职能部门建立良好的合作关系 4、具有高效的项目和时间管理实践执行能力； 5、能够利用可量化的评估指标将业务需求转化为成功的营销计划； 6、注重细节，擅长营销数据和统计数据分析，并优化营销活动以最大限度地提高投资回报率 7、具有丰富制定并交付各种营销方案、活动、和社区活动的经验； 8、具有较强的团队合作精神和自我激励能力，能够超越传统方法进行创新； 9、较强的英文书面和口头沟通能力
