**Job Purpose**:The Credit Support Officer plays a critical role in assisting the credit approval team in performing credit monitoring activities within the Commercial Lending Management Unit. This role is vital in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of credit-related information and reports.

**Job Background/Context**:As a member of the Commercial Lending Management Unit, you will be a part of Citi Commercial Bank, specializing in providing trade finance, working capital finance, and treasury solutions for Emerging Corporate and Mid Corporate clients in Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities**:The Credit Support Officer will assist the credit approval team in performing various credit monitoring activities, including but not limited to:

- Monitoring stock exchange announcements.
- Tracking litigation suits.
- Monitoring property price index and commodity prices.
- Reviewing collateral reports.
- Reporting on Facility Limit Excess.
- Assisting in the allocation of credit approval cases.
- Handling other miscellaneous reporting and credit support activities as required.

**Person Specification**

**Knowledge/Experience**: _Essential_
- Knowledge of credit underwriting.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Desirable_
- Previous experience in a similar role.

**Skills: (Technical Skills)** _Essential_
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numeracy skills.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Desirable_
- Familiarity with financial software and systems.

**Qualifications**: _Essential_
- Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent.
- Desirable_
- Bachelor's degree from a university.
