**Responsibilities**
- Lead the creation of a QC process for the region
- Create standardized Inspection and Test plan for projects
- Create standard QC checklists and inspection forms for the projects, supported by the local project teams
- Support the implementation of the forms throughout ENGIE South-East Asia’s project
- Be the organizer of the workshops for tenders and projects
- Create and maintain an accessible, user-friendly REX library
- Ensure the learnings are integrated by the different stakeholders (Project development, projects, management etc)

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Thermal/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years quality control or quality assurance experience, preferably in construction or related industries
- Good understanding of testing and commissioning activity
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Goal getting, driven, committed, with strong planning and execution capabilities.
