**What you own and impact**
You will successfully execute and continuously evolve the Talent Strategy for the region in close alignment with the leaders in the business and our partners in HR. Together with your team, you win the best and most diverse Cloud talent for SAP. You will engage and excite your team along the strategy and act as a talent promoter, as well as position SAP as a talent magnet in the region. Fostering an inclusive environment and driving (technological) innovation is also your passion.
- You and your team are engaging with the most sought-after talent in the market, creating an amazing and memorable experience in every interaction, independent of the ultimate hiring decision.
- You and your team are acting as Talent Partners to the business leaders in the APJC region. Your deep understanding of SAP’s business model, vision, and strategy enables you to be on par with business leaders on market movements. Similarly, this knowledge enables you to pitch SAP’s full employee value proposition to talent.
- Your insights on talent and movement in the global Technology market allows you to anticipate skill needs and advise on the best talent to drive the company’s future success. You[HL3] are driving a proactive talent community-based approach to attracting the best and most diverse talent. You are a master in networking with an impressive range of industry contacts.
- Your high level of empathy allows you to build trustful and resilient relationships with your customers. You find the right balance in supporting the business and at the same time demanding the business ownership as appropriate. You manage escalations delicately, evolving the relationship to a higher trust level.
- Providing open and constructive feedback is your strength in successfully managing a complex stakeholder map and successfully leading your team.
- As a leader you nurture an environment where people can grow and excel. Together with your team, you are constantly evolving the function by innovating courageously. You inspire and guide your team to execute on SAP’s TA strategy by taking charge and following-through in strong collaboration.
**What enables you to be successful**
Minimum 5 years in a TA leadership function in the technology or consumer business
- Track record in attracting / closing the best and most diverse Cloud talent in the region
- Track record in establishing and successfully driving an innovative TA strategy based on an objective and inclusive search approach, focusing on highest quality outcomes
- Extreme customer focus reflected in high customer experience scores
- Strong knowledge of and network into the regional talent market
- Strong stakeholder management experience across various levels
- Strong leadership presence
- Engaging leader who translates vision into action and drives tangible results and impact
- Drives innovation, best practices, and continuous learning
- Is a talent promoter, creating opportunities for team and individual growth
- Is a collaborative leader who builds bridges not silos
