**Responsibilities**
- Process online orders on daily basis.
- Work with the inventory team on the availability of stocks.
- Work with the marketing team on the procurement of hardware and issuing of quarterly blanket POs to vendors.
- Work with the Sales Team to resolve order matters.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Documentation and generating of weekly/monthly order reports for management meeting.

**Requirements**:

- Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
- Good time management skills, able to multitask and detail-oriented
- Proactive and good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
