**Job Summary:
The Project Controls Engineer is part of the Project Services department working under the project controls team.

The Project Controls Engineer should show initiative with a pro-active hands-on approach in his / her work. Refer to below section “Key Duties and Responsibilities” for detailed job description.

This position is based in Singapore project office, with some site visits as required by Project Manager/Project Controls Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
**Corporate**:

- Cost and schedule related activities for tender or project phase
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by Project Controls Manager or VP of Project Service

**Projects**:

- Expediting vendors/shipyards and EPC contractors project weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Review vendor / contractors report and summarizes the highlights / concerns
- Following up with Company's disciplines lead for client monthly progress report updating
- Update of Overall Project Man Hours (Plan, Forecast and Actual)
- Expediting PO issue and approval of IFS PO for Contract packages when required
- Review vendor / contractor invoice, perform PR / GR in IFS
- Assist preparation of management dashboard and presentation
- Custody for Y-PEP Power BI database and dashboard
- Assist Project Controls Manager in preparation of client monthly progress report
- Co-ordinate with other departments on Project Controls matters
- Any other Ad-hoc tasks given by Project Controls Manager

**Qualification**:

- Engineering Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cost or planning experience in project role preferably in the O&G sector.
- Experienced working in FPSO projects in the areas of project controls or project management.
