Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Ensures prompt execution of company policies and procedures in all aspects for the safe handling, storage, and transfer of multiple bulk liquids/chemicals between marine vessels, trucks and/or storage facilities within the terminal- Performs the functions required to facilitate the transferring of material such as line setup, pipelines by operating manual valves, connecting marine loading arms or flexible hoses to/from various tank trucks, barges, vessels, etc.- Operates a variety of utility systems, machines, cranes, product, and environmental control systems- Validates all product transfers for inventory control and transportation such as tank gauging and manage ship-shore documentation and custom permit declaration, etc.- Provides emergency response support at the terminal- Participates in job specific training and competency test, is designed for operators- Willing to work on 5.5 Days work schedule and involve in ad hoc projects to improve operational safety, reliability, and efficiency- Provide assistance to the Bulk and Marine Supervise to lead a team of Contractors during a non-shift workday to ensure an incident free Maintenance activity at the terminal- Manage and steward Total Plant Maintenance Contractors and 3rd party contractors in the planning and execution of the daily maintenance and equipment repair activities. This includes planning for operational equipment to be made available for maintenance works.- Provide operational support to the engineering team during commissioning and testing of equipment under repair works.- Accountable for the management of the critical equipment spare part inventory system for the terminal equipment. To work together with the Engineers/ Bulk and Marine Supervise to ensure a healthy level of critical spares are maintained at all times.- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to evaluate the effectiveness of repairs and proposed improvement methods.- Responsible in stewarding all contractors carry out their work in accordance with Chevron MSWP and all applicable Chevron processes. This includes ownership of the LOTO and HOTO process for all maintenance and repair works.- To provide Field supervision of Contractors for all activities, especially for high-risk activities such as Work at Height, Confined Space, Lifting Operations, excavation Hot work and Electrical works.- Responsible for the effective management of the work order system. This includes conducting first line check and evaluation of prioritization of the work orders- Assist Bulk and Marine Supervise in overseeing internal controls for examples SOX and Internal and External Audits and compliance with reporting and document management for measurement equipment maintenance, inventory, reconciliations, sales/purchases/exchanges, invoicing, and payment collections

Required Qualifications:
- Basic computer literacy such as Microsoft Words and Excels- Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused- Able to work independently with less supervision- No experience required

Relocation Options:
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
