**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and copywriters to iterate and oversee the user experience of a product from ideation until launch.
- Identify appropriate research methods to use and conduct adequate research to drive insights for solving a problem.
- Analyse users’ behaviour, pain points and feedback to provide customer-centric solutions to the team.
- Conduct and facilitate design validation and usability testing to ensure the highest product quality standards.
- Build mockups and prototypes to illustrate different design approaches, and offer a straightforward narrative for others to pick up and continue with.
- Guide engineers in their implementation of your designs.
- Contribute to the QA process to ensure the highest user interface quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX Design at a tech, product-driven company.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail and consistency.
- Excited to keep pushing your work until is pixel-perfect and all details are attended to.
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and being able to maintain a high standard of work while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Empathy to the user's pain point, needs and motivations.
- Experience creating and working with design systems.
- A portfolio of UX case studies - please be sure to include a link to this in your CV.

**Bonus points for**:

- Familiarity with UX research principles, best practices and how to use data to drive informed user insights.
- Advance knowledge of Figma. Loves working with auto layout, master components and keeping your layers organised.
