**Job Description**:
**Your crew during this flight**:
The Flight Operations Lead - Singapore should be a cohesive, fun yet provide professional performance to the team, working towards actualising the operations in Singapore for Volocopter.

**Your mission during this flight**:

- As the Flight Operations Team Lead, you report to the Senior Business Aviation Manager in Singapore, and will be responsible for taking part in, developing and overseeing the operational projects as part of the Singapore office's vision.
- You will develop the process and procedure for flight operations in Singapore in accordance with the Concept of Operations.
- You will be responsible to the Accountable Manager of the Singapore Air Operator Certificate (AOC) holder, to lead and orchestrate the flight operations in Singapore.
- You will provide effective assistance to Accountable Manager of the Singapore Air Operator Certificate (AOC) in Singapore, to ensure the success of the flight operations management efforts, including training.
- You will provide operational leadership for Volocopter projects in Singapore.
- You will plan and drive flight operations meetings required to enable the validation and continuous improvement of Volocopter operations in Singapore.
- You will lead and orchestrate flight operations demonstration within Asia Pacific region representing the branding of Volocopter.
- You will be accountable for the development and up-keeping of flight operations documentation and management in Singapore.

**Qualifications**:
**Check in your professional skills**:

- Strong knowledge of ICAO standards and understand both Singapore and European requirements and provisions on operations management is preferred.
- Relevant aviation experience with a proven track record.
- Leadership quality to lead, plan and organize flight demonstration within Asia-Pacific region.
- Knowledge of basic of aviation operations including flight operations and training in aviation.
- Relevant and documented work experience, preferably in a comparable position.
- You have interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Possess data management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
