**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Lead requirement analysis, functional specification (including data mapping, migration, and reporting), and user guide documentation.
- Provide solution design, ensuring scalability, compliance with business/regulatory needs, and minimization of operational or delivery risks.
- Oversee system enhancements and implementations for credit products, derivatives, and securities modules within Temenos Transact.
- Coordinate project management, testing, migration, user training, and production releases.
- Ensure proper change management, project status updates, and stakeholder communication.
- Support Agile delivery, working with SCRUM and KANBAN methodologies.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Education**: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Banking & Finance, or related field.
- **Experience**: 12-15 years in IT Business Analysis / System Engineering, with strong domain knowledge in Core Banking and Private Banking.
- Strong expertise in **Temenos Transact modules**such as:
**AA**- Arrangement Architecture
**MD**- Guarantees
**SC**- Securities
**DX**- Derivatives
**SY**- Structured Products
- Proven experience in handling **Credit Products**(Mortgage, Lombard Loans, Structured Finance, Guarantees), **Derivatives**(Options, Structured Products), and **Securities**(Equities, Fixed Income, Funds).
- Hands-on knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
