Job Description:
Our client is one of the international Oil and Gas Manufacturing with a strong presence in Singapore. They are looking to hire this role to join their team in Singapore on urgent basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse and reconcile inventory variances in a timely manner
- Coordinate billing and costing activities and ensure accounting/costing activities and job billings/recharges are align with SOX compliance and Standard Operating Processes
- Ensure intercompany mark up on billings and purchases to ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing policies
- Responsible for maintaining controls over accounting transactions and month end closing activities to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting
- Participate in GST compliance work, performing analysis and reconciliation
- Participate in value add projects and drive continuous improvements in process efficiencies
- Any other ad hoc assigned by the Management

**Requirements**:

- At least A Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business equivalent to accounting qualification
- 3-5 years relevant experience in MNC environment
- Strong Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of Hyperion would be an advantage
- Good understanding of GST, witholding and corporate tax regulation
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Organized, meticulous and good attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Action oriented and good business acumen and strong analytical skills for problem solving.
- Willing to work in Tuas vicinity
- Able to speak Bahasa and Mandarin will be great advantage as this role requires to deal with offices in Indonesia, Malaysia and China.
