As Asst. outlet Manager, you will be supporting the operations to our outlet and deliver excellent customer experience. You would be required to communicate effectively with the team. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks:

- Able to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
- A responsible team player with a positive attitude.
- Manage customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Overseeing and handling inventory management and ordering,
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures in the outlet (SOP's)
- Able to be hands-on with the outlet operations.
- To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the outlet manager.
