- Sembcorp Specialised Construction, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries, provides design and build services with an in-house multidisciplinary consultancy. **Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise a team of Executives on day-to-day operations, maintenance, repair works, etc
- Ensure achievement of Contract’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Attend to user request/reported breakdown, to investigate, check and analyse the requests/faults within stipulated timeframe
- Ensure subcontractors’ performance meet the required service standard
- Review quotations and reports submitted by subcontractors
- Establish work processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Host monthly meeting with client/users
- Oversee works management processes, including preparation of monthly progress reports, certification of completed works, PO and administration of variation orders
- Manage customer service matters, ensuring timely and professional resolution of feedback or complaints from users and client
- Conduct regular statutory and compliance inspections (e.g., fire safety, structural inspections) and submit corresponding management reports to the Client
- Responsible and accountable for all IFM related works within the facility

**Qualification, Skills and Experience**
- Degree/Diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Building Services, or relevant field
- Experienced in IFM with deep understanding/portfolio in critical environments
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience in critical environments (e.g. Data Centre / Cleanroom / Semiconductor plant)
