**Director of Engineering (Network/System)**

**Working Locations**: Client side or Head Office (Bartley/Tai Seng MRT)
**Working Hours**: Follow client operating hours/9am-6pm at Head Office
**Salary Range**: $9000 - $10000 + AWS

**Job Scope**
**-**The Network Engineering Director will be responsible for daily operations, maintenance, and support of the network infrastructure as well as partnering with peers in the delivery of new capabilities required to support the business roadmaps.
- The Network Engineering Director will also collaborate with other IT leaders on strategic planning and budgeting.
- This role requires extensive experience in the support and maintenance of large-scale network infrastructure.
- This role also requires experience in the migration and integration of network services across domains.
- This role requires proactive executive leadership, strong resource management and program management skills, and the ability to influence at the executive level.
- The Network Engineering Director will be responsible for influencing technology and business leaders to align with technology strategies and will provide oversight and guidance for project initiatives impacting the supported network infrastructure.
- This role will serve as the face of the organization for stability and reliability of the network infrastructure.
- In addition, the Director will work cross-functionally between Enterprise Technology teams across coasts to ensure alignment of technology strategies.
- This role will ensure that network services support the mission of Universal Destinations & Experiences by providing direction and goals for the Network team. Working with key leadership and department personnel that this position manages, they will implement the technology roadmaps for each area and the key business processes improvements required to support the upcoming growth of our company.
- This role requires extensive technical experience and experience managing technology service organizations.

**Requirements**:

- 10-15+ years’ experience partnering with client groups in support of broad scale IT Infrastructure and related IT processes.
- 5-7+ years’ experience in a technology leadership position with a proven track record of implementing large scale infrastructure projects, managing multiple cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of IT network architecture, management, and support.
- Ability to develop technology strategies and roadmaps and work across internal departments and businesses to align strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $9,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
