Ensure documentation of the company’s quality management system is in place, including policies, objectives, plans and work procedures.
- Maintain and improve ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS), policies, risk assessment and work procedures.
- Conduct internal and external audits for ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 related system.
- Lead a team of inspector and to handle incoming, in-process and finished goods issues in a timely and orderly manner.
- Resolve quality issue (8D, NCR and Customer Complaints)
- Arrange regular and ad-hoc external lab testing, providing additional support when necessary.

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum Degree in Engineering / Quality or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in Supplier Quality in a manufacturing environment working in an ISO regulated environment.
- Knowledge and experience in the management system, certified as an internal quality auditor is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 0991 / 14001 will be an advantage.
