**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a Software QA Engineer to drive software testing, automation, and AI initiatives for Razer products on PC and Mac platforms. This role is dedicated to improving the performance and reliability of Razer Controllers, Chroma, accessories, Sensa, and streamer product lines.
- Contribute to software testing and automation efforts.
- Collaborate with project managers during the early planning stages to understand project scope and requirements.
- Develop both manual and automated test cases based on project specifications.
- Plan and schedule test strategies tailored to each software project.
- Perform iterative testing for each project release and document bugs in the bug tracking system.
- Partner closely with Software Engineers to resolve software issues and bugs.
- Engage with cross-functional teams, and occasionally customers, to enhance product quality.

**Pre-Requisites**:

- Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in software testing.
- Experience with coding in C, C++, or C#.
- Strong communication and documentation skills in English and Chinese, to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates and manage documentation.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong skills in identifying and solving problems.
