- Manage the budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain the company standards in all the hair services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling hair service content for various platforms, including social media and our website.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of the styling department, including key metrics and achievements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a hairstylist in a salon setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for hair trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and budget management skills
- Proficiency in using hair styling tools and products
- A valid cosmetology or hairstylist license is required
