Position Overview:

The Master Hairstylist will be responsible for providing a full range of hair services with advanced skill and professionalism. The ideal candidate is a highly experienced stylist with a proven track record, deep knowledge across all hair types and textures, and a loyal clientele or the ability to build one quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional services including cutting, coloring, styling, extensions, treatments, and texture services
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend personalized solutions
  • Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and products
  • Mentor junior stylists and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
  • Uphold the salon's brand standards and customer service excellence
  • Participate in ongoing education, workshops, and in-house events
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in hairstyling
  • Mastery in cutting, coloring, chemical treatments, styling, and extensions
  • Strong knowledge of various hair types and cultural hair care techniques
  • Valid state cosmetology license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Existing client base is a plus
