**Core Duties And Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective SEO & link building strategies
- Manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities
- Coordinate images & content, optimize copy and landing pages for SEO
- Track, report and analyse website analytics, SEO initiatives and campaigns
- Research and analyse to discover competitor SEO keywords and page quality
- Research, discover and expand keyword opportunities for paid and organic search
- Work with tech team to ensure that the best SEO practices are properly implemented
- Work with content teams to implement SEO keywords in content creation and programming
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or similar accreditation, preferably in Business, Marketing or other relevant field
- Proven SEO experience
- Experience with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript development and Constraints
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search enginer algorithms
- Up-to-date with latest SEO trends and best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Open to learning, as well as giving and receiving feedback
- Comfortable with complexity and working with a high degree of uncertainty
- Ability to mutli-task and deal with changes
- Passion for the non-profit sector
