As a Shipping Manager, you will be responsible for shipment management, managing forwarder and daily shipping operation.

In your new role you will:

- Shipment Management, managing forwarder and daily shipping operation.
- Freight invoice and custom permit verification and reporting.
- One SAP key user at warehouse process. e.g GR process owner.
- 3PL warehouse process governance.
- Freight budget planning and reporting.
- Drive improvement project. e.g digitization, paper-less project, freight cost optimization.
- Manage team of 2-3 direct report on freight invoice and custom permit verification and daily shipping and packing process.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor Degree in business administration or any other logistic, supply chain courses.
- More than 5 years working experience in shipping operation, forwarder management, and custom related role.
- SAP system working experience, especially ERP/EWM modules, Familiar with GR-GI, put away processes.
