**What the role is**
- Strong families are the building blocks of a caring community. We want to help families realise their hopes and aspirations, strengthen familial bonds, and support them in overcoming challenges. You will be part of the Family Promotion and Partnership Division to develop and curate content to strengthen families, design and execute communications and engagement plans for family programmes, and work with stakeholders and volunteers to deliver family initiatives.

**What you will be working on**
- Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director (Marketing Communications), you will be part of the Family Promotion and Partnership Division (Family Development Group). You will be part of a team that works on developing marketing, comms & engagement plans on the family narrative & raise awareness of Families for Life initiatives (including social media). Your day-to-day work may include, but is not limited to, the following: - Lead a team driving the strategic thinking and planning of holistic communications and engagement plans to disseminate key family messaging and initiatives;
- Oversee the development and management of marketing and communication plans to publicise and create awareness of Families for Life - Content creation and management of website and social media content to drive online marketing efforts - Responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, overseeing functions such as budget, procurement etc

**What we are looking for**
- An experienced team lead, with relevant work experience in developing and managing marketing initiatives; and at least 3-5 years of prior line manager experience - Excellent written and communication skills to present views clearly - Good interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with stakeholders and rally the team - Good project management skills - Driven and self-motivated, able to multi-task - Able to work independently and a good team player, in a fast-paced environment
