**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain documentation for the company's export activities. (Sea/ Ocean freight)
- Handle permit declarations and bill of lading (BL) transport documents required for exports.
- Manage export documentation formalities with carriers and co-loaders.
- Handle shipments and respond to customer inquiries.
- Liaise with the company's vendors/suppliers for export shipments.
- Prepare billing invoices and perform invoice verification as necessary.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Good understanding of export procedures for sea freight. (From freight forwarding company)
- Knowledge of cargo clearance permit declaration a plus
