
IT Executive

We are looking for someone who can:
1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
2. Supporting, monitoring and maintaining office network systems (Microsoft 365, Trend Micro, Firewall, Hyper-V, VMWare etc)
3. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
4. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
5. Setting up accounts and laptops for new users
6. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary, liaise with IT vendors or suppliers
7. Testing new technology for the business
9. Ensures 5S is implemented in the work area.
**What you need to be successful in this role**:
- Min Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 1 year working experience in supporting network servers, laptops and software in network environments using windows
- Knowledge of SQL, with experience writing reports using BI tools and SharePoint professionally
- Technical and logical thought process with a knack for problem-solving
- Experience in the Oil and Gas or Manufacturing Industry would be an added advantage
