**About Our Client**:
Our client is a leading multinational technology corporation offering a range of solutions in IT infrastructure management services, digital process operations, cloud services, cybersecurity services, digital and analytic services.

Key Responsibilities:

- **
Providing technical guidance to CRM Systems Team**.
- **Design, build, implement, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM solutions** with other systems.
- **Configure work-flows, dashboards, forms, views** and build standard or custom reports
- Planing and delivering system upgrades projects
- Managing configuration changes to fields, work-flows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards.
- Ensuring system compliance with Company policies, procedures and protocols for system standards, customizations, and changes

**The Successful Applicant**:

- ** At least 2 years of Dynamics 365 CRM experience **including Customer Service, Marketing, Sales and Customer insight.
- Good understanding of **Power Platform Solutions, Dataverse and their capabilities.**:

- Working experience with **Azure DevOps, deployments, Flows and integration's**.
