**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements and provide technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations for Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Perform system configurations, customizations, and data migrations.
- Develop and maintain custom workflows, plugins, and scripts to enhance CRM functionality.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and project managers to ensure successful delivery of CRM projects.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Consultant or Developer with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, including customization, configuration, and integration.
- Proficiency in C#,.NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience with Azure services and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of web services, APIs, and data integration techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM or related technologies are preferred.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM modules such as Sales, Service, and Marketing.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
- Understanding of data security and compliance requirements.
- Spoken English and Chinese is preferred.
