We are hiring for a Junior Procurement Executive (Internship).

**This role is for you if**:

- You're looking for a skill-based internship (and hate being used as cheap labour)
- You love working with numbers and managing supplier relationships (negotiation skills from your Bangkok travels are a plus)
- You want to learn about the event industry and get a feel of what it's like working in a growing team (disliking company politics is a plus)
- You're proactive, resourceful and not afraid to take initiative
- You have good written and spoken communication skills

- You start as an intern, so your next job will probably be that of an executive - here, you start as an Executive so your next job can potentially be a higher title
- You will be paid an internship stipend (No CPF) - here, we'll pay you a salary + CPF

**Main Tasks**
- Liaise and build rapport with relevant vendors for events
- Responsible for creating accurate event budgets
- Design and propose costing sheets for clients
- Procurement of event logistics
- Source, compare, and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing with vendors

**Ancillary-Tasks**
- Work on event operations with the rest of your team, with the opportunity to manage or facilitate some parts of the event
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by managers

**Remuneration**

- Depending on the term of your internship, you will also be entitled to annual leave and medical leave

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: $1,400.00 - $1,800.00 per month
