Summary

We are searching for a merticulous & motivated individual for the position of Specialist, Flight Operations You will be part of the Flight Operations Training and Standards Team (FOTS) and will play a key role in the launch of the Aircrew Competency Ecosystem.

**Job Description**:
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of FOTS's ACE project to meet regulatory and Company requirements
- Assisting in defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities
- Assist in preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities
- Assist in tracking project timeline and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders in order to manage delivery of the project according to project timeline.
- Conducting testing and functionality of project modules and ensure interface compatibility (if applicable) on Company’s IT platforms. Troubleshoot and provide feedback and comments appropriately.
- Transfer, store and maintain digital training materials in Company’s storage repository as needed. Ensure backup of all project related material when hardware/software are updated or replaced.
- Keep project related digitalized materials current and accessible for project teams on Company’s platform.
- Assist to generate, verify and disseminate completion reports to SEP Training team (when required).
- Any other assignment by VPFO, Head of Training & Standards or Manager, SEP Training

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in any disciplines. Diploma holders in aviation related disciplines with relevant years of work experience in similar capacities will also be considered
- Able to work in a pressured environment with tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimum supervision
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn and operate complex aviation scheduling software
- Excellent communication skills and experience in working with people at all levels
