Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with a range of internal teams on a range of large arena and theatre projects, focused on the design and usability of such building typologies.
- Advice on technical requirements associated with arena and theatre design principals, requirements and concepts.
- Conduct regular design reviews of projects, and collaborate with other designers, where necessary across the region.
- Mentor staff, and build capability on others, in regards to their understanding in the arena and theatre design.
- Input into the preparation representatives, public agencies and private sector clients.
- Be solution focused in the requirements of clients, project managers, contractor, and team members during the various phases of a project, with an emphasis on the design realisation phase.

Experiences and Capabilities.
- 8- 10 years experiences working in, and around, arena and theatre projects
- Experiences in similar roles, working across these key building typologies in essential
- Strong client facing capabilities, with experience in delivering representation to clients.
- Strong stakeholder management and client engagement capabilities to deliver outcome and value.
- Collaborative skills in working with other designers, delegating work and communicating concepts to a range of stakeholders to guide and deliver outcomes for projects across the region
- Masters or Bachelor degree in Design, or other related disciplines, from an accredited university
- Ability to understand and interpret infrastructure building design and the impacts these might have on the end products.
