Job Opportunity:

A Senior Architectural Designer is required to join our team. This role involves overseeing architectural and interior design projects, from concept development to completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent design skills and experience working with Revit software.

About the Role:

This senior position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced architect or interior designer to take on leadership responsibilities and drive creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive designs for residential and commercial projects.
  • Lead a team of designers to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and innovation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences and develop tailored design solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, building codes, and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in luxury developments.
  • Expertise in Revit software and proficiency in CAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and 3D Max.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged sitting at a desk and computer work.
  • Ability to travel for site visits and meetings.
