**Job Purpose**
Allianz Apprenticeship Programme
Business Functions - Information Technology
Allianz Apprenticeship programme is a 12-month programme. The objective of this programme is to attract, develop, and retain talented individuals who will become future leaders in the company, while also fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment.
**What you do**
Regional Ops IT Strategy
- Working closely with all teams across Ops and IT, drafting of strategy slides, supporting Regional Ops IT Strategy Lead
Key deliverables include:
- In supporting Planning and Strategic Dialogue, the incumbent will help drafting / maintaining of strategy slides.
Regional IT Governance
- Work with OEs to ensure timely data compilation for IT Governance, support them in addressing their queries with the help of necessary SME teams (in Group and Region), drive them to execute on action plans to improve the KPIs
Key deliverables include:
- In supporting Planning and Strategic Dialogue, the incumbent will help drafting / maintaining of strategy slides.
Regional IT Finance:
- Support the Regional IT Finance Lead in maintaining IT Finance soundness across the countries
Rotations to three functions giving you a diverse learning opportunity. Also, there will be project work that will support cross-collaboration and further learning.
**What you bring**
- Recent Diploma gradudate from the Polytechnic from Singapore (less than two years after graduation) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in IT Knowledge and programming
- Possess good analytical and problem-solving, and communications skills
- Enthusiasm** **to gain deeper insights into Ops and IT operations, and continuos learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges, and flexibility to work on various tasks as required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
