About the team
Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides a robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze data to identify patterns of malicious behavior and assess the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct case studies on incidents involving both malicious and innocent users to refine risk evaluation processes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including risk management, compliance, and customer service, to develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure mínimal disruption to legitimate users by creating and maintaining effective feedback and appeal processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of risk management interventions on both malicious actors and innocent users.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders to inform policy development and operational improvements.
- Balance the needs of the business with regulatory compliance requirements and user experience considerations.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in risk management, strategy, or a related area.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience risk mitigation strategies with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Excellent at communication and collaboration, self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
