Downtown Core, Singapore Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) Full time

Provides CRISPR customers pre
- and post-sales technical support to IDT CRISPR customers.
Collaborates with Product Management, Applications Support, and Customer Care to identify key customer requirements for future product development efforts.
Maintains strong working relationships within Research, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Marketing, Product Management and Product Development, Customer Support and Sales.
Represents IDT’s CRISPR products to the molecular biology community at large, at IDT-organized events and industry trade shows.
Stays abreast of the latest trends in the genome editing field via literature.
Works closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure the value of the CRISPR and Functional Genomics product lines are communicated clearly and effectively both internally and externally.
Demonstrates behavior consistent with the Integrated DNA Technologies Core Values.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Professional Experience (Required vs. Preferred)
Minimum of two years of hands-on lab experience, experimental design, and troubleshooting required in an academic or industry context.
Previous experience in a customer facing role required.

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong organizational and presentation skills
Superior communication skills, both oral and written
Strong knowledge of molecular biology technologies (PCR, NGS) to facility complete customer workflows.
Ability to cultivate and maintain cross functional relationships within a larger organization

Travel Requirements
Travel requirements for this position (anything requiring overnight stay)

Frequent = Upto 50% of time
