As AI continues to transform industries, the next decade presents a unique challenge: ensuring that AI systems are not only powerful but also safe, fair, and trustworthy. **Roles And Responsibilities**:

**Requirements**:

- **Extensive Experience**: 6-10 years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong background in training, deploying, and evaluating computer vision models that drive business outcomes.
- **Technical Expertise**: Familiarity with state-of-the-art computer vision techniques and practical experience in deploying them in production environments.
- **Domain Knowledge**: Experience in healthcare or facial recognition systems is a plus, bringing added value to our high-impact projects.
- **Passion for Ethical AI**: While specific experience with ethical AI methods is not required, a keen interest in the safe and responsible use of AI is essential.
- **Multi-Disciplinary Approach**: You bring a holistic perspective, integrating insights from various disciplines to solve complex technical problems.
