We are looking for creative and social media-savvy individuals to join our team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:
Brainstorm, plan, and produce engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and Little Red Book, aligned with brand identity and social media trends.
- **Scheduling and Posting**:
Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across platforms.
- **Influencer Outreach**:
Identify and engage with social media influencers for partnerships. Coordinate product distribution for endorsements and maintain communication.
- **Campaign Tracking**:
Monitor and report on the performance of influencer campaigns, analyzing key metrics such as engagement and reach.
- **Trend Monitoring**:
Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities to enhance content strategy.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Applicants with at least a basic foundation in marketing, either through coursework or previous experience.
- A creative mindset with a strong understanding of social media trends and how to capitalize on them.
- Good communication skills, particularly in writing engaging social media captions and posts.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Little Red Book is an advantage.Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a bonus.
